Once you are signed in, the board shows every spot that has a working camera, grouped by country and region. A spot with nothing to show is left out rather than shown empty. Each camera plays in place and opens fullscreen.
Some spots show a placeholder with the camera's name instead of a live picture. Nothing is loaded from that site until you ask, so the board stays fast and no camera watches you back — press Play (Show camera) to open it. A few cameras only work on their own site and offer a link that opens in a new tab instead.
Country, region and city, each narrowing the next. The choice stays in the address bar, so a filtered board can be bookmarked, or sent to anyone who has an account of their own.
Wave height and period, wind speed and gusts, wind and swell direction and swell energy — now and through the next 24 hours. Numbers come from Open-Meteo and are cached briefly, so a busy page does not hammer it.
The camera in large, the full forecast panel — or the spot own Windguru station where one is set — a description, and the forecast links kept for that break. A picker jumps straight to another camera without going back.
PDF, Word, Excel or CSV — of the filtered board or of a single spot, with or without forecasts, and in the language you pick for the file rather than the one the page happens to be in.
An account is what opens the cameras. Register with an email and password, or continue with Google where it is enabled. Forgot the password? A reset link goes to your mailbox and is good for one hour, once.
The language switch sits on every page, this one included, and takes the layout direction with it. The light/dark switch is next to it and is remembered on your device.
Once you are signed in, "Request a spot" in the header opens the form: the break, where it is, and a camera link if you know one. It reaches the admin directly, and the answer comes back to you by email.
An admin area holds the spots and their cameras and forecast links, the country/region/city list behind the pickers, the site colours, bulk import and export, the user roles and a log of sign-in attempts — and the requests sent from the form below.
